Written from what this site’s code actually does, not from a template. If something here does not match the behaviour you observe, that is a bug and I want to hear about it.
Contact and enquiry formsName, email address, company, phone number and whatever you write in the message field. Submitted through this site's own endpoint and delivered to siamakk2@gmail.com by email using Resend, a third-party email service.
Free AI audit toolThe website URL you submit for analysis, plus your name and email if you request the report. The URL is fetched and analysed by Anthropic's Claude API; your name and email are stored so the report can be sent to you.
AI advisorThe questions you type are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a reply. If you use the voice advisor, ElevenLabs handles the speech recognition and the spoken response. Conversations are not stored on this site, and the voice widget does not load unless you turn it on in the cookie banner.
AnalyticsGoogle Analytics 4 records standard usage data — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and how you arrived. This uses cookies, and it only runs if you allow it in the cookie banner.
Server logsVercel, which hosts this site, records IP addresses and request data as part of normal operation and for rate limiting, which exists to prevent abuse of the AI endpoints.
Access, correction and deletionEmail siamakk2@gmail.com and ask. If you are in the EU, the UK or California you have a statutory right to this; everyone else gets the same treatment because there is no reason not to.
No sale of personal informationYour data is not sold, rented or traded. There is no advertising network operating on this site.
RetentionEnquiries are kept in email for as long as the business relationship or a reasonable follow-up window lasts. Audit lead records are kept until you ask for removal. Analytics data follows Google's own retention settings.
CookiesOnly essential cookies are set before you choose. Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics, and the AI advisor sets its own, both only after you allow them. You can change your mind at any time using the cookie preferences link in the footer. Turning everything off leaves the rest of the site working normally.
Six processors, each doing one job: Vercel hosts the site and serves every page. Google provides the analytics. Anthropic processes the text sent to the AI advisor and audit tool. ElevenLabs powers the voice advisor when you enable it. Resend delivers form submissions to my inbox. Upstash stores audit lead records and the rate-limit counters. Each has its own privacy terms, and none of them receive your data for their own marketing.
