How much does LLMO cost?

A straight answer to the question every business owner actually wants answered first — what drives the price, and what you get back.

The honest answer

LLMO with me is billed hourly — about $350 to $450 an hour, depending on the work. A fast audit-and-fix uses far fewer hours than an ongoing, multi-language authority build, so you only pay for the scope you actually need. What matters isn't the rate — it's whether becoming the brand AI recommends returns more than it costs. For most businesses, being named in the answer beats fighting for a link nobody clicks.

What actually drives the price

Two things set your total: where your rate lands in the $350–$450 band, and how many hours the work takes. Four factors move both:

Your starting point. A site with broken structure, thin content, and inconsistent facts takes more work to make AI-legible than one that's already clean.
How much you're building. Auditing and fixing what exists is one scope. Building new authority content, structured data, and citation sources is another.
Languages and markets. Every language and region you want to be the answer in multiplies the surface area — I build in 16.
Speed. Compounding authority over months costs differently than a fast, focused sprint to fix the highest-leverage gaps first.

Where you land in the range depends on what I'm doing for you — a straightforward fix sits at the lower end, specialized build and strategy work at the higher. Larger ongoing engagements can be scoped to a predictable monthly block so there are no surprises.

The ROI, plainly

When a buyer asks an AI for a recommendation, it names a few brands — and most people act on those without looking further. If you're not one of them, you're invisible at the exact moment of intent. The math isn't about the fee; it's about how many of those moments you're currently losing. I've spent four decades making businesses money the old way. LLMO is the same objective with new machinery — and I run it inside my own companies before I sell it to you.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. A free AI Authority Scan shows where you stand across SEO and AI visibility before you spend anything, so any paid work starts from evidence, not guesswork.

Primarily hourly — about $350 to $450 an hour depending on the work. For larger ongoing engagements I can scope a predictable monthly block, and custom product builds are quoted per project.

Because scoping a five-page local service site and a hundred-page store with three languages at the same number would be dishonest to one of them. What stays fixed is the method; the investment scales to the surface area and the speed you want.

Where you're starting (how much is already broken), how much content and structure needs building, how many languages and markets, and whether it's a one-time fix or an ongoing compounding build.

An agency rents you rankings that stop when you stop paying. LLMO builds durable authority a model keeps citing. And you're working with the operator who runs his own AI companies, not a junior account manager.
