AI Tools & No Professional Advice
The Service includes AI-powered tools (such as the AI Advisor and the website audit) and informational content about marketing, SEO, and Large Model Optimization (LLMO). All content, recommendations, scores, and AI-generated output are provided for general informational purposes only and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not professional, legal, financial, or investment advice, and do not guarantee any particular result, ranking, traffic, or business outcome. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it. Where the audit tool analyzes a website, you represent that you have the right to submit that website for analysis.
Third-Party Services & Links
The Service may rely on or link to third-party services and websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Siamak Kalhor and his affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

You agree that any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the matter informally.
General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
